The Ministry of National Defense (MND) stated that as of this morning (31st), it had detected various kinds of CCP aircraft, including J-11s, J-16s, Cy-30MKKs, Y-20s, H-6s, KJ-500s, Yun-8s, Yun-9s, and UVAs engaged in sea-faring activities, 23 sorties of which crossed the median line of the Strait and extended into the southwest airspace to conduct joint combat readiness and patrols, working with the Shandong aircraft carrier fleet located outside our southeast response zone in implementing combined sea and air training. The Armed Forces adopted joint intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance measures to closely monitor the situation, and dispatched mission aircraft, warships, and shore-based missile systems to respond accordingly.
