Army Kinmen Defense Command stated that a batch of one sortie of drones was found in the evening of the 9th, and had entered the airspace over the restricted waters of the Beiding area. Garrison troops fired a signal warning flare according to standard operating procedures, and shall continue to monitor and be on high alert.
As pointed out by Kinmen Defense Command, it shall adopt joint intelligence, and surveillance and reconnaissance measures in the defense area to fully understand the situation. All camps, facilities, and positions are camouflaged in accordance with the regulations, and so Command is capable of responding immediately in the event of an emergency.
