The Ministry of National Defense (MND) released today (27th) the promotions of a total of 25 servicemen of the Armed Forces in the first half of 2022. Those promoted to Lieutenant General are Lin Wen-siang, Chang Tai-song, Liu Ching-bin, Wang De-yang, Yan You-sian, and Liu Hsiao-tang, and 19 are promoted to Major General: Lee You-jin, Chang Rong-shun, Wen Nian-tsong, Tsai Hui-yi, Lai Wen-chin, Lin Chu-dian, Gong Chuan-yu, Wang Cheng-yi, You Sin-kui, Tai Chian-you, Wei Hsiao-chi, Chuang Hong-wen, Chuang Min-dian, Hsiao Ren-jin, Tian Chung-yi, Lin Cheng-chong, Jiang Yi-siu, Huang Ying-jie, and Sun Li-fang.
The promotion ceremony will be held at 9:30 am on June 28 (Tuesday) at the Welcome Hall of the Boai Building of the MND for servicemen from the army, navy and air force who were decorated as Generals of the Republic of China in the first half of 2011. The President is cordially invited to the event to motivate and boost the morale of the Armed Forces.
