Some non-commissioned officers were discovered to have been involved in fights, and the 6th Army Command notes that the servicemen will severely be punished in accordance with the law.

The 6th Army Command states that a sergeant, Wu, from Guandu Command had been involved in arguments and a physical conflict with his friends while on leave in the early hours of December 13th, and was detained by police for interrogation. Afterwards, the sergeant was transferred to the Taiwan Shilin District Prosecutors Office in accordance with the "Social Order Maintenance Act" and "Offenses of Obstructing an Officer in Discharge of Duties" for investigation.
