In response to media reports that "a drunken frogman tore down the door shutter of a KTV", Marine Corps Command stated today (19th) that a sergeant named Kuo went to a KTV to relax with his friends during a vacation, and they are suspected of being involved in illegal activity. The Command is working with the prosecution as the case is now being transferred for judicial investigation according to the law.
Marine Corps Command further stated that the Command has always adhered to the principle of "retaining the superior and eliminating the inferior. "Based on such rule, when facts are investigated and clarified, serviceman will be considered for dismissal. The case will also be cited as an example to continuously strengthen education among officers and soldiers to help ensure and maintain internal purity and team honor of units.
