The Ministry of National Defense (MND) announced that the formation group of the CCP Shandong aircraft carrier successfully passed through the Bashi Strait and entered the Western Pacific today, the 26th of October. In response to this development, the Armed Forces have implemented comprehensive joint intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance measures to closely monitor trends and developments in the surrounding maritime and airspace and have deployed appropriate troops to monitor and handle the situation.
