In response to media reports saying "the United States is urging our country to develop biological warfare agents", the Ministry of National Defense (MND) once again clarified today (10th) that the reports are untrue. The MND has not "taken part in any secret meeting, and would develop biological warfare agents as requested by the US". The MND appeals to the general public not to believe misinformation readily, and urges the media to avoid misleading the general public.
