The Ministry of National Defense issues a press release explaining that "the illustration of enemy clothing in the All-out National Defense Contingency Manual is incorrect"

In response to media reports that "the illustration of enemy clothing in the All-out National Defense Contingency Manual is incorrect", the Ministry of National Defense (MND) today (14th) elaborated as follows:
1. Considering photo authorization and other factors, the manual adopted a Q-version illustration to present clothing of the CCP army and highlighted the differences in camouflage patterns from the two sides. However, since some of the design does not align with the current situation, the MND invited relevant professional units to discuss and review to make adjustments that reflect the actual situations.
2. The All-out National Defense Contingency Manual is currently under the process of "Programming", meaning that comments from the public are welcome. As such, the MND humbly accepts corrections, and will implement the revisions needed on a rolling basis to ensure the manual is more comprehensive.
