Both military and civilians rush aids to disaster relief in Turkey with a steady, uninterrupted flow of materials
(Reported by: Military News Agency, reporter: Ke Peng-hsin, Taipei, 14th, February) Affected by the strong cold air, northern Taiwan turned rainy on 14 February. Servicemen from the transportation groups of the 3rd Support Command continued to deliver disaster relief materials in the cold wind to ensure the materials and various kinds of daily necessities generously donated by the public to Turkish victims arrived at their destination in the shortest possible time to help the international rescue cause.
At 11:00 am, military vehicles carrying disaster relief supplies from Taiwan to Turkey departed from Tzu Chi’s Neihu Park to Taoyuan International Airport. On both sides of the military vehicles carrying aid from Taiwan to the disaster relief effort in Turkey hung banners with messages such as "Love from Taiwan, Special Vehicle of Aid from Taiwan for Disaster Relief in Turkey" so that nationals could observe the soldiers and civilians united as they help others.
