Ministry of National Defense issues a press release of ” the defense deployments and distributions should not be speculated and discussed by unauthorized person” (December 18th, 2019)
In regard to the section of “the defense deployments and distributions are publicly discussed by certain unauthorized person on Chinese TV program“, Ministry of National Defense today (18th) affirms that the behavior of publicly making inappropriate and unauthorized statement on Chinese TV program is absolutely reprehensible and reiterates that defense deployments and distributions are closely related to the national security and should not be speculated and discussed by unauthorized person.
Ministry of National Defense indicates that China has never abandoned their plan of forcible invasion and the military challenge should not be forgotten and underrated. The public should be precautious, prepared for unexpected event and must possess appropriate concept. The department also reiterates that, in the face of the military threat of China, the public should have confidence in Republic of China Armed Forces and believe we are possessing enough strength to protect the country.
