The 6th Army Command expressed that a Major Yin from its affiliated Guandu Command had a scheduled vacation on the 15th, who went out with his friends for a meal and drink on the night of 14th, then returned camp to rest, and was reported to be missing by his family today morning (16th). With the help of his peers, Yin was found lying in his bedroom, and was confirmed to be dead upon the arrival of Keelung Fire Department. The unit blockaded the scene immediately, and notified the police, military police, and his family, with the entire case being investigated by both the Keelung Military Police Troop and the Keelung Police Bureau.
