The Ministry of National Defense issued press release of exercise and training of the People's Liberation Army (April 12th, 2018)
In response to “PRC Fujian Maritime Bureau announced the navigation warning of coastal area from 08:00AM to 24:00PM at April 18th”, the Ministry of National Defense said that (12th) that the announced prohibition area is along the coast of the Fujian Shishi shooting range, and they speculated that it is the People's Liberation Army’s annual regular artillery shooting training.
The Ministry of National Defense emphasized that the national army can strictly control and conduct necessary handling with regard to the situation of surrounding area to ensure national safety and call for people to feel at ease.
