With regard to the netizen gossip that “Recruitment advertisement of national army two-year class were questioned by people for plagiarizing Japanese Lotto 7 advertisement”, the Ministry of National Defense today (5^th) said that 7 recruitment advertisements were planned to be shot in 2018, and appointed seven companies (“Bin-man Media”, “Wokazi”, “Zuoze”, “I-chen”, “Chung-shi”, “I-liang” and “Mo-gue”) to work together to discussed shooting scripts and tactics, and use campus life as the background, to discuss the choice of future education and employment positively and lively in order to attract students to adopt military service as an option. The theme, character, dialogue, scene, and score are all different from Lotto 7. According to the Copyright Law, without the edit or copy of the original content, there is no plagiarism or copyright infringement.

The broadcasting of this series of advertisements is in accordance with the recruitment schedule of the following classes:  "volunteer soldiers (registration period of the 4^th batch from February 22 to March 29th)", "non-commissioned officers two-year class (registration from February 6 to March 26)", "military school full-term class (registration from March 1 to March 20), "Volunteer Reserve Officer Class (registration from March 13 to April 14)", and "Junior High School of Chung Cheng Armed Forces Preparatory School (registration from March 23 to April 2), "Training group of university reserve officer (registration from April 2 to April 30)" and "professional military (non-commissioned) officer class (registration starting on May 2)", etc., please encourage aspiring young people to join the army.
