For the incident reported on 17th “Story of meal cans of rescuing soldiers slighted”, Air Force HQ indicated that it was really unfortunate for delay supply which caused low morality and HQ gave its apology and reflected itself for the last time.
Air Force HQ emphasized the order has been passed down to ensure the integrity of supply and shelter of all soldiers. And those who were forced to cancel their holidays due to the rescuing tasks would be mentally cared for finishing the task as soon as possible and restoring the civilian’s daily life.
