The Stamp Exhibition Commemorating the War of Resistance against Japan in July Will End Tomorrow Please Take the Opportunity to Visit the Exhibition (July 13, 2015)

Hosted by Ministry of Culture and Ministry of Transportation and Communications, the “Stamp Exhibition Commemorating the 70th Anniversary of Victory in the War of Resistance against Japan and the Retrocession of Taiwan” was held in July and October separately. The exhibition in July will end tomorrow (13th). Welcome the public to take opportunities to visit the exhibition from different perspectives and understand the arduous spirit upheld by the military and civilians during the eight-year war of resistance against Japan.
The exhibition contains various stamps, ranging from regular stamps, memorial stamps, special stamps, charity stamps, and military stamps issued during the war of resistance against Japan and the early victory in the war of resistance against Japan, to stamps relating to the later victory in the war of resistance against Japan and retrocession of Taiwan. The history of the war of resistance against Japan is faithfully reflected through the delivery of envelopes and postcards and the issuance of stamps.
The exhibition in July is held on the third floor of Zhi Qing Exhibition Hall at National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall. The exhibition in October will be held from October 21 to October 27 on the first floor of Rui Yuan Exhibition Hall at National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall.
