The political warfare director of the 5th warzone, Major General FAN, visited the dependants of the altruist colonel ZHUIANG, BEI-YUAN in Nantou Tsaotun Township to convey the warmth from the army.Fan claimed that colonel ZHUANG operated the plane to the last moment to avoid the crash in the crowd. He secured the life and property of people at the cost of his own life. The altruist spirit is the model of the army.
