In response to the media coverage on the request by Mr. Si-huai Wu, legislator, for confidential/sensitive information, the Ministry of National Defense said today on the 13^th that the legislator may request information pertaining to his interpellation vis-à-vis administrative agencies.

The Ministry pointed out that the information requested by Wu can all be retrieved from ROC National Defense Review, the Ministry’s website, and publications of the Legislative Yuan and thus does not fall into the said category.
