The Ministry of National Defense (MND) stated today (3^rd) that a US destroyer and a Canadian frigate sailed through the Taiwan Strait from south to north today.

During the northward passage through the Taiwan Strait, the Armed Forces stayed abreast of relevant developments in the surrounding sea and air space, and the situation was considered normal.
