The Ministry of National Defense issued a press release stating that a US destroyer sailed through the Taiwan Strait.

The Ministry of National Defense (MND) stated today (23) that a U.S. destroyer had sailed from south to north through the Taiwan Strait.

During north-bound journey through the Taiwan Strait, the Armed Forces were in full control of relevant movement and trend around our territorial sea and airspace, while the conditions were normal.
