Regarding the media coverage of “People’s Liberation Army Is On the Verge of Performing Military Exercise at the Taiwan Strait, Chinese Media Arrogantly Provoked: Liberating Taiwan in the Process”, Ministry of National Defense has emphasized today (28th) that citizens can rest assured as the Armed Forces fully grasp on surrounding waters and airspace dynamics of Taiwan Straight using joint intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance, in order to instantly adapt and respond to ensure national security and regional stability.
Ministry of National Defense pointed out that in response to the changes and threats of the enemy, the Armed Forces continue to reinforce combat training preparedness, elevate critical defensive combat capability, and are confident to have the adequate ability to ensure national security and protect the homes of all citizens, as well as protect the freedom, democracy, and sovereignty of Republic of China.
