     The Ministry of National Defense (MND) stated that a US destroyer and Canadian frigate sailed through the Taiwan Strait from north to south today (9^th). During the passage through the Strait, the Armed Forces retained control over the trends and developments around the peripheral sea and air space, and the situation was considered normal.
