The Ministry of National Defense issues a press release about the activities of CCP aircraft and vessels detected around the Taiwan Strait today (October 15, 2022)

The Ministry of National Defense (MND) stated today (15th) that a total of 11 CCP aircraft sorties (including two in the south-west airspace) and four CCP vessel sorties were detected as of 17:00, and have continued to carry out maneuvers over the sea and air space of the Taiwan Strait. The Armed Forces have adopted mission aircraft, vessels, and shore-based missile systems to closely monitor and respond to the situation.
