    The Ministry of National Defense stated today (23rd) that in response to the land warning alert of Typhoon Gaemi, it would "cancel the No. 47 Wan-An Exercise", which was originally scheduled to be held on July 24, 2024 in the eastern region of Hualien and Taitung County. Pre-set warning transmission and release drills (including the release of mobile phone warning messages) will not be sent to facilitate disaster prevention and preparation.
