     The Ministry of National Defense (MND) stated today (9^th) that the Armed Forces is working with the judicial authorities to investigate a "Lieutenant Colonel, whose surname is Hsieh, who is suspected of being involved in espionage." As the investigation progressed, it was discovered that a Major, whose surname is Ho, was also suspected of being involved in the case. The case has entered the judicial process, and the MND will continue work with the prosecution and investigation authorities. The MND shall also adhere to the principle of not committing any wronging nor indulging, as well as effective damage control, and will explore the suspected targets to ensure and uphold the overall security of the Armed Forces and integrity of personnel.
