Naval Fleet Command stated today (27^th) that a non-commissioned officer, Chan, of the 192^nd Fleet was found dead downstream of the Mashan Bridge in Tainan City for unknown reasons. He was found outside the camp following his vacation on November 27. The incident is being investigated by the police, and Command has assigned high-level cadres to assist the deceased's family with funeral matters.
