The Ministry of National Defense expressed today (22nd) that regarding the expulsion of student A-Li (pseudonym) from the National Defense University in 2012, the Ministry of National Defense shall issue a certificate of completion and grade transcripts to him, and withhold the reimbursement of government-subsidized tuition.
