In response to false speculation by the media regarding "adjustment operations of important military positions in the Armed Forces", the Ministry of National Defense (MND) stated thar operations of all personnel transfer in the Armed Forces are carried out in accordance with the Regulations for the Appointment of Officers and Non-commissioned Officers of the Army, Navy, and Air Force and other regulations. Any such adjustments are conducted considering job attributes, the execution needs of tasks, personnel experience, and other comprehensive factors, so that selection and recommendations are made according to procedures and the most appropriate personnel are allocated suitable tasks. As viewed, the content of the media report is false, and the MND calls on the media to fulfill its due diligence and verify its reports to avoid misleading the public.
