1.	When you receive a formal reply from the Ministry that your case has been closed, there will be an attachment with a link to our Satisfaction Survey. Please fill it out. In our webpage, you can also enter the POM number and date of message sending and directly fill out the questionnaire.
2.	The Satisfaction Survey will facilitate follow-up data and handling, so be sure to submit your completed survey within seven days of receiving it; otherwise it will be invalid. Thank you for your cooperation.
